一杯完美比例的卡布奇諾及拿鐵，咖啡、牛奶、奶泡的比例配置是重點，而要將牛奶拉出綿密的奶泡，溫度的控制則是關鍵，溫度計指針指到攝氏 60 度左右即可停止蒸乳，這樣實際停止蒸乳時， 溫度會繼續上升到 70~80 度左右，所產生的奶泡最為香濃、細密。擁有一支輕巧、具準度的溫度計，能有效幫您控制蒸奶溫度，打出完美口感的奶泡。

-使用方法
1. 奶泡溫度約 60~ 65 ℃ 。
2. 溫度計檢溫部之尖端請與容器的底部保持約 1cm 的距離。
3. 測量溫度時可使用固定夾來固定溫度計，可防止溫度計再測 量時掉落容器內


-注意事項

請不要將感溫筒彎曲，以免溫度測試不正常
溫度計請勿添加洗滌劑清洗
