※冰滴製作要點※
1.粉水比約1:10 一杯粉量為10g粉 可萃取100ml咖啡
2.研磨粗細同手沖 約為中粗研磨
3.濾器使用前須先浸濕
4.填入咖啡粉後須用冷水均勻浸濕,以免萃取不均勻
5.可於咖啡粉上放置圓形濾紙(萃取較均勻) (適用3號丸型濾紙)
6.滴水速度約3秒2滴
7.切勿使用熱水
8.冰滴咖啡適合冷藏一天後再飲用 風味更佳
