多明尼加 墨翠 冰種 AA級 水洗

冰種其實是玉石的一個品名，但是這支咖啡的品名卻有冰種的名稱呢?
主要是因為這支墨翠給人一種冰清玉瑩的感覺，溫潤和冰冷的口感融合一體在口中形成一個溫柔又舒服的口感。

雖然為中淺烘焙，但是卻比一般的中淺烘焙的酸度在弱一些，所以這支相當推薦給不喜歡酸的客人品嘗，墨翠口感相當純淨，明亮的甜感從入口如喉再到最後的尾韻甜感一直都在，清爽甜美的果香和後韻的焦糖調搭配在一起，滑順的口感讓人有不同的味覺享受，最後尾韻的可可調性的苦甜感更是回甘不斷。
