衣索匹亞是公認的咖啡誕生地,哈拉為衣索匹亞著名的咖啡產區之一,本區咖啡以濃滑的口感跟果酸堅果巧克力等風味出名,同時也是【日曬摩卡味】的典型,栽種海拔高度約4400到6000英尺中,一般日曬摩卡,生豆外觀有色差、豆體尺寸不一,是常態的,而烘成熟豆,有部份豆子會呈現較淺的顏色,這都是正常的。


溼香氣非常明顯柚類的酸香與油脂苦味,巧克力的甜香味逐漸隨著溫度降低而浮現風味,帶點油脂的苦勁,厚重BODY使口中的黏質感明顯跑出來。
