風味:中烘焙的方式帶出專屬祕魯的滋味,首先是亞妮莎擁有絕佳的滑順牛奶巧克力的風味,苦味和甜味之間的平衡意外的相當合拍,苦中帶甜~甜中帶苦~,相當適合不喜歡太多酸感的朋友們!
中段風味帶有一些堅果、核果的味道,再淋上烤過的焦糖,那種焦香氣味和堅果的香氣,瞬間合二為一,相當過癮也相當新奇,尾段帶有一點點的柑橘的酸感,最為一個畫龍點睛的句號。
