哥倫比亞 草莓甜酒  草莓釀酒酵母蜜處理

「對這世界的溫柔，是我對你明目張膽的偏愛。

咖啡櫻桃去除果皮之後，已帶著果膠層的狀態與新鮮的草莓和葡萄酒酵母菌一同進行72小時的厭氧蜜發酵。完成後，接著在非洲式棚架上鋪上草莓與咖啡豆一起日曬乾燥，直到水份降至理想的程度。

乾香可感受到草莓果醬、水蜜桃甜蜜爆棚的香氣，入口即可感受到香甜的草莓夾心餅乾混合了草莓酒的爆炸果汁感，中段濃郁的和歌山水蜜桃汁香氣，融化了高雅的茉莉花及佛手柑清新香氣，混合在一起層次多變，細緻優雅，草莓色的冬季就次展開.....。
